Here’s another photography series about Batanes. What to see in Batanes, places to visit, and spectacular views to experience. Some say this small province reminds them of Scotland, a friend said it somewhat made her feel that she was in classical Greece with her view from Fundacion Pacita. But me? I just simply say my “aaaaahhhhs” and “ooohhhhs” while watching it’s beauty despite the cloudy sky and windy weather.
Let’s take a walk…
First first time to see a full rainbow. The shadow looks like a kid playing a plane. 🙂
A heavy Filipino breakfast at Fundacion Pacita before starting our long day.
The Blue Lagoon. Love the colors!
The oldest stone house in Batanes. Built in 1887.
Captured this “manok” that was beautifully framed by the vintage wooden windows inside the oldest stone house.
Marlboro Country ~ a big pasture land.
“Sagana” ~ an “all you can eat” feast to the bakas and kalabaws.
Another spectacular view.
Yeah, taking advantage of the view. Thanks to Kuya Richard (not Richard Gomez but our driver) for taking this picture. Hehe.
Another view of the vast green pastures.
“Gone with the wind”
Behind the Naidi lighthouse, is this view. 🙂
One of the stops going to Marlboro Country. Inviting you to join me on the next Batanes photography series as we experience “L.O.V.E” from this place.
